Fun puzzle but poor quality

I have done many of the Puzzle Twist puzzles before. This one was a great design and fun puzzle to do but the quality of the pieces was pretty bad. The puzzle was brand new, many pieces the image is peeling and the pieces did not go together well. Once finished the puzzle was not smooth because the pieces were a poor fit.

Yikes. This is no good. If you can send us photos of the puzzle defect and your address we will send you a replacement puzzle. So sorry about the defective puzzle.

Missing Pieces / Extra Pieces

Doing the outside boarder first things wouldn't line up. Discovered extra duplicated piece. Wow what twist I thought. Upon completing the field pieces two were missing.

Ack! That's no good.

Best Ever!

I hadn’t done jigsaw puzzles for a long time. And I am a camper! My daughter bought PuzzleTwist Mixed-Up, Minnesota State Parks! What a great way to make a jigsaw puzzle even more challenging. I started and couldn’t stop. I was addicted from the beginning. First, I do the outer edges, then the titles, then the inner white boundaries, then……. Well, you get it. I finished it without clues. Just persistence!! Thank you for a great puzzle. Now onto Minnesota Landmarks!!!

We love the puzzle! It's very high quality, the pieces fit well, and it's very challenging (but not impossible). We love the "twist"... it's added a new dimension to puzzle solving.
